About

The main goal of the festival is to promote the art of animation of South-Eastern European countries and to enable the younger generations of today to create conditions that will enable them to fit into the world trends of animated films by means of conquering new technologies.

Festival has three competition programs:

• Short animated film (25 min max),
• Student animated film (film school work or a diploma work),
• Film school or workshop (program of films).

Rules

• Animated films of European production which are not longer than 25 minutes, made by frame by frame technique, computer animation and combination of live footage and animation where complete part of live footage doesn't exceed 50% of complete film length are eligible for festival screening.
• Films must be produced after 1st August 2020 to be eligible for festival.
• Works coming from Non European Countries cannot be accepted for competition, but can be screened at the festival if choosed by The Pre Selection Committee;
• One author can submit more than one film according to festival rules.

• Films for selection need to be sent via web link for preview (vimeo, dropbox or youtube, DO NOT send us other links for download).
