Higher education (lawyer). Born on July 30, 1969, in Vladivostok. In 1987, graduated from Secondary School No. 80 in Moscow. From 1992 to 1996, engaged in public activities as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the charitable foundation "Blessing." From 2002 to 2009, founded the company Voks Video. From 2006 to 2009, participated as a producer in the creation of feature films: "Alive," "Flash Drive," "Indigo," "Sakura Jam." From 2011 to the present, Chairman of the Association of Agricultural Producers. From 2023 to the present, attending the Higher Courses for Scriptwriters and Directors named after G.N. Danelia, workshop on feature films by Alexander Velidinsky, Alexander and Tatyana Guryanov.
