Seyran Tevfikov is a graduate of the Humanitarian Institute of Television and Radio named after M.A. Litovchin, Faculty of Film and Television Directing. in 1994, parents of Seyran Tevfikov moved from the Fergana Valley to Moscow, where he lives at the moment. On the account of the young director there is another short film "Dependence", based on a story by Mikhail Bulgakov "Morphine". As Seyran Tevfikov said, in the future he plans to shoot feature films.
