DirectorBiography
My name is Dmitry Baryshnikov, I was born in Tambov and grew up in a small town in the Tambov region. I graduated from the journalism faculty at Tambov State University. Since the age of 17 I have been writing stories and scripts based on them. In Moscow, I took a directing and then a scriptwriting course at the Svobodnoe Kino film school, worked as an assistant cameraman and editing director. In 2021 he made his graduation short film “Remains” in the genre of mystical thriller. Then he shot a comedy short “Maniacina”. Now in post-production is my third work, the short film “The Hog”
