Two petty thieves, Igor and Oleg, break into the apartment of elderly Nina Pavlovna posing as gas company workers. They expect an easy score, but quickly realize they are dealing not with a helpless old woman, but with a former actress full of character, a colourful past, and a taste for games. Nina Pavlovna sees through the deception and begins to orchestrate the situation like a stage performance: throwing the thieves off balance, provoking them, and gradually stealing the spotlight. The robbery spirals out of control — and for her it becomes an unexpected chance to feel alive, needed, and seen once more.
