Biography

Pavel Dolotov was born in Velikiy Novgorod in 1983. Graduated the Faculty of Foreign Languages. Since his university days, dreamed of learning to make music videos for his music band, which came true after moving to St. Petersburg in 2008. Since 2014, Dolotov has been making commercials and music videos. In 2015-2016, one of these videos, "People need people" by independent hip-hop artist P.O.M.I. from St. Petersburg, reached the final of various international film festivals, such as the Guam International Movie Festival, Meters, Apex Short Film & Music Video Festival, and others, which gave Pavel confidence in his abilities and spurred him on to work on his film debut, the movie "Actor," which also became a laureate of several international film festivals. "The Bridge" is Dolotov's second short film.
