DirectorBiography
Born above the Arctic Circle, grew up in southern Russia, left school as top-grade student, a musician with professional training in piano and composition, moved to Moscow in the 2000s, where she graduated from the State Institute of Theatrical Arts as an actress, filmed, since 2010 she has written soundtracks and is a resident at the Gasworks, together with Skryptonite she wrote the hit “Cosmos”, has brought out 2 albums using the pseudonym CHARUSHA and has thought up and filmed several clips for her CHARUSHA project, as well as for Basta and Dima Bilan “Drunk Love.” Awarded a Yandex grant for taking part in a media lab where she shot her first short film “A Good Day” which won the Grand Prix at the St. Anne festival and a UN special prize for humanity. The author and director of the film “Marathon of Desires”. At the moment she is writing music for a film.
