DirectorBiography
She is a film and television producer, traveller, director and winner of the 'Pride of the Nation' and 2023 TEFI awards for 'Best Travel Programme'. The main theme of her work is the ethnography of Russia and the traditions and customs of its peoples. Over eight years of filming, 38 film expeditions were conducted as part of the 'Land of People' project under her leadership. These expeditions visited over 100 settlements and captured over 1,000 hours of unique ethnographic video footage about 85 indigenous peoples and ethnographic groups in 38 regions of Russia, from Kamchatka to Karelia and from Yamal to Dagestan. Seventeen expeditions were conducted in the Arctic and equivalent regions.
