Against the backdrop of the summer cherry harvest in a Kyrgyz village, Maksat's family faces a turning point: his father calls them to leave for work in Moscow. As this decision unfolds, Maksat experiences his first true feeling — love for Barchyn. Unwilling to leave his home behind, he takes a bold step — approaching her family to ask for her hand, like an adult. In the end, Maksat leaves with his family, leaving behind his first love and a promise to return.
