Film director Valentin Makarov is a bright and talented filmmaker from Republic Sakha (Yakutia), Russia. As a talented actor of the Sakha Academic Theater, Valentin Makarov took part in outstanding performances that received the highest theater awards (including the «Golden Mask») and professional recognition. Valentin Makarov's directorial debut «Kerel: invisible beauty» became the highest-grossing film at the regional box office of Russia in 2017. The «Dzhulur: mas-wrestling» is the author's statement by Valentin Makarov about the struggle for happiness and the importance of the family ties.
