Biography
After taking Igor Voloshin’s directing course, he earned the audiences’ love with his comedy shorts, which contain elements of absurdism and satire, as well as his web series, partly influenced by Lars von Trier. In 2015 he made his first short film “Portfolio” and, right off the bat, won the Best Film prize at the Koroche Film Festival. He followed this up with a series of shorts called “Paranoid Chronicles”. Nikita’s major is personnel management, which means he always pays particular attention to the casting on his pictures. He is known for his prolific and contradictory career, and has amassed over 20 awards and nominations at film festivals all over the world.
