Film director and scriptwriter. He graduated from Russian Institute of Theatre Arts - GITIS (class of P. Fomenko) in 1984. Worked at the Moscow Theater of Miniatures (1984-85), Theater on Malaya Bronnaya (1985-89, 1991-99), Moscow Theater-Studio "Man" (1989-91), Moscow Theater "Pyotr Fomenko Workshop" (1999-2001). Honored Artist of Russia (1996).
