Biography
Irina Bass is a journalist by her first education. For two years she has been working as an analyst of international politics on television and is very familiar with the specifics her main character’s line of business. Working in television led Irina to the world of cinema - she entered VGIK, the workshop of the fiction film under the direction of K. G. Shakhnazarov, О. B. Schuher. In 2016, she won the contest of the Potential platform with the film “Formers” and received a funding for the project and became the winner of the eighth debuts pitching with the script for the film "Confusion".
