Biography
Graduated from Saint-Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts (1996). Since 2004 until 2007 Alexey Telnov was CEO and producer of the production studio “KinoFabrika”, the main activity of which was production of commercials. Since 2007 until nowadays he is a general producer of the studio “Saint-Petersburg documentary film studio” which produces each year about 10 documentary films with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture. His first project as a director was documentary film “Tsurtsula” (2015, 52 min). “The time guardians” is his feature length debut.
