About

The Festival aims is providing the artistic groups from all over the world with the possibility to exchange their experience, discuss, learn from each other and cooperate. The Festival aims at the European integration of Ukraine through culture. Screening the most interesting examples of the visual art and innovative short films from Ukraine and from all over the world, the Festival’s main objective is the enhancing of public awareness and participation and furthering of art of filmmaking.

The programme of the Festival consists of the competitive screenings, non-competition screenings as well as authors’ presentations and retrospectives.

Awards

The International Jury formed of three representatives from the sphere of cinema and culture selects the winners in the following categories:

• The best fiction film,
• The best animation film,
• The best experimental film,
• The Grand-Prix award,
• The best Ukrainian film.

The Grand Prix and the best Ukrainian film of the Festival receive the money prize which consists of sponsor contribution to the festival.

Audience votes during the Festival too and the best film in the category “The Viewers’ Choice” is selected.

Rules

• Short films up to 34' minutes made in 2021−2023 from all around the world.
• Submit via Filmfreeway.
• Subtitles language: English
