Budem Fest is one of the leading Russian festivals on youth cinema. It presents the best works of various genres made by young filmmakers. Films are shown at the most accessible places.

Since 2016 festival program includes competitive sections of feature films, documentary.

• Additional diplomas according to jury decision 
• Special prizes from festival's partners and Moscow departments
• Audience prize (100 000 rub) is to be awarded according to measuring of level of noise of audience's ovations.
