About
For more than twenty years with the same ardour every year the festival seeks films that illustrate the richness and diversity of international short film production. Its objective is to give a space to creativity and freedom, preserve cultural diversity, allow short film to get back into movie theatres, contribute to the emergence of new talents and give the audience the pleasure to (re)discover the treasures of short films. Through its numerous programs, the festival presents more than 200 films, both contemporary young creations and heritage.

All the films sent for the competition will be listed in the catalogue of the International Short Film Market.
The festival takes out an insurance policy which covers the film prints on its premises and during return transport. In case of theft, loss or damage during this period of time the festival can only be held responsible for the cost of the film print.
The sender is responsible for paying customs charges and one way transport of foreign films as the festival’s insurance only covers return transport.
Winners are bound by contract to mention the prize, attributed to their film on any communication media.
