TLVFest

About

Tel Aviv is the country’s leading cultural and cinematic center. TLVFest collaborates closely with all of Israel’s distribution companies, satellite and cable channels, main web portals and more. The festival takes place during Tel Aviv’s Gay Pride week, and is open to the thousands of tourists from all over the world who flood the city then, making it a truly international event. TLVFest is also covered extensively in the local and international press. 

Awards

• Best Narrative Short, Honorable Mention for International Short Film,
• Best Documentary Feature, Honorable Mention for a Documentary Film,
• Best Narrative Feature, Honorable Mention for Narrative Feature.

Rules

• The film should be of LGBTQI interest or depict LGBTQI characters
• Submitted works must be Israeli premiere
• Submitted works must be from 2023

All entries must include the following:

1. An official TLVFest «Entry Form» properly completed and submitted;
2. A link to the film with password (vimeo.com for example) – entries in any other format will not be accepted.

Screening Media Type: 

• Features: DCP, Quicktime Prores 422HQ (If the film has a DOLBY-E audio track or surround sound, please note so), 35mm film, Blu-Ray (please inform us regarding the frame rate – 24, 25 or 29.97 FPS)
• Shorts: DCP, Prores 422HQ (If the film has a DOLBY-E audio track or surround sound, please note so).

Subtitles: English

Premiere Requirements

National premiere required.
