If a film or program claims a prize in a particular category of the festival, the presence of the author or his representative at the award ceremony is mandatory, otherwise the prize is transferred to the next film/program according to the rating of the jury. The organizers inform you in advance about the potential victory, so that the authors can decide whether to go to the festival or find a representative of the studio to receive the award.
