About

The International Festival of Sport Movies KRASNOGORSKI was initiated by a number of sports' and movies' enthusiasts. Among them were leading sportsmen, businessmen, political figures and film makers. It has been launched and still exists thanks to Boris Rasskazov - the Krasnogorski region Head and the festival team enthusiasts.

Today the Festival is the biggest sports film contest in Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe, which attracts film makers from over the world. Delegations from 23 countries have already took part in its official activities. The history of the Festival is being written by you: by films presented to the competition programme and your personal visit to the festival.
Under the festival motto "About People and Victories" over 2000 films from 70 countries participated in its official competition programme. These works bring interesting stories about 57 sports, coaches' destinies, sport stars, Olympic champions, team histories and young sport fans.

The festival accepts:

• feature films,
• documentaries,
• short films,
• animation films.

Awards

The festival winners wll be selected by the International Council of Experts in two nominations:

• Best Story
• Best Character
• Strong Will People
• Best Documentary
• Best Director
• Best Feature Film

All winners will get the festival prize and presents from the sponsors. In addition, the festival parpicipants will receive Festival diplomas.

Rules

• The Festival programme will include films on sport subject only, and produced not earlier than 2022.
• To submit film it is necessary to send a completed entry form, director's bio and photo, videophile with submitted film. 
• All the films delivery and insurance are covered by their owners. The Festival administration is responsible only for the films insurance during the festival, and films delivery to the authors within two weeks after the Awards ceremony.
