About
The South Western International Film Festival is a four day Arts & Culture Festival led by Toronto International Film Festival and Hot Docs Canadian International Film Festival Programming Associate, Ravi Srinivasan. SWIFF will bring culturally diverse, International stories, live music and filmmaking workshops to the South Western Ontario region of Canada. Its home base is the city of Sarnia, situated between Detroit, MI and Toronto Canada.
Our aim is to spotlight new voices, female perspectives and stories that will engage a region that has a growing thirst for Art and Culture.

Six Canadian shorts compete against six shorts from around the world with the SWIFF audience selecting one winner for the coveted SWIFF Audience award.
