About

The International Solidarity Film Festival of Navarcles has set its main objectives on the dissemination and promotion of films that contribute to the knowledge of World Cinema focusing on Social Cinema, Human Rights and Civil Rights.

Program

• Short film contest;
• Feature film contest;
• OPEN SCREEN, the non-competitive parallel screening brings together works of fiction, documentary or animation, highlighting cinematic or thematic areas;
• Monographic sections and cycles will offer films of recognized filmmaking level. These can be grouped into nations, themes, schools, producers or any other criteria adopted by the organization;
• TRIBUTES AND RECOGNITION: The Festival may honour professionals related to the filmmaking industry or those committed to cultural and social issues, human and civil rights.

Awards

• First prize (1000 euro for features, 500 euros for shorts)
• Special jury award
• Audience award

Rules

• Works must be produced between 2020 and 2019 and have not been released commercially in Spain, either in cinemas, on DVD, video or television.
• Register your work via online platform Filmfreeway.
• Subtitles language: Spanish or Catalan
