About
The mission of the Rincon International Film Festival is to support and promote culture and the arts in Puerto Rico through the medium of film. The festival seeks to inspire student, future and current filmmakers in the art of filmmaking, and to enhance the movie viewing experience in Puerto Rico through creative, unique and entertaining events.
There will be thousands of dollars worth of prizes awarded to winners throughout the various categories. Prizes and Awards for all categories will be announced at end of festival and Audience Choice awards will be announced within 1 week following festival.

Rules
- Entries must have been completed on or after January 2018.
- Films with distribution may be screened, but may not be eligible for competition, depending on the Festival's discretion.
Documents and Other Requisite Items
- Fill out entry form,
- Pay entry fees,
- Send DVD with submitted film by mail or download file via Withoutabox or Filmfreeway system.
Additional Information
Films may have been previously screened at other festivals. RIFFPR prefers at least Puerto Rico premiere status, but it is not mandatory.
