Goals and objectives of the Festival:

• Raising the prestige of children's technical creativity

• Creation of an international youth film-making laboratory

Rules

• Students of educational institutions from 7 to 18 years old are invited to participate in the Festival
• The duration of the film is no more than 10 minutes.
• To participate in the Festival, you must send an application for participation in the Festival, the consent of parents (legal representatives) to participate in the Festival and to process personal data to the e-mail addresses ekranspb@mail.ru and gorcentr@mail.ru
