Norwegian Short Film Festival

About

The Norwegian Short Film Festival was founded in 1978 and presents the latest Norwegian short films and documentary films. The festival is an important arena for debuting young filmmakers in Norway, and considered one of the most important screening venues for independent short and documentary film among established filmmakers. In addition to the competition screenings, the festival program includes retrospectives, international documentaries, current experimental films and video productions, as well as various seminars and workshops for industry professionals.

Rules

• Films from any country may enter a submission. Separate competition for films with Norwegian director or producer. 
• Short fiction films may not exceed 35 minutes.
• Short documentaries may not exceed 40 minutes.
