The International Festival of Mobile Cinema and Media Technologies MobyFest is a territory for identifying and supporting children and youth in the field of art, media and film industry who are ready to participate in the processes of social modernization and development of the new media generation of Russia and the Russian-speaking population of other countries.

6. Nomination "MobiSMIK" - Best Presentation - SMIK lessons
7. Nomination "MobiPROMO" - Mobile partner advertising

The participants of the festival are waiting for:

• Creative meetings with the participation of cinematographers (producers, film directors, actors, screenwriters).
• Master classes from guest actors.
• Creative meetings with graduates of Russian media universities.
• Competitive screenings of works by Festival participants.
• Conducting creative workshops with the participation of experts from the creative, film and media industries.

Winners and laureates will be awarded with diplomas and special prizes from partners and the festival management.

Rules

• Maximum running time: 5 minutes.
• Acceptable video formats: MP4, WEBM.
• Minimum resolution 720 p.
• Video Orientation: Horizontal.
• Age of participants: from 7 to 17 years old.
•  One participant (team) can choose no more than 3 works in any nominations for the competition Each film (clip) must be in Russian or with Russian subtitles.

The founder of the festival is ANO "Center for the Realization of the Potential of Personality "Leader Film".

The jury of the feature film competition includes famous masters of cinema, television and cultural figures, famous artists, domestic and foreign television experts, producers, representatives of TV companies, media representatives.
