About
Over it's three-week run, the Festival will exhibit some 300 narrative, documentary, and short films to an anticipated audience of more than 40 000. For more than three decades, the MSP International Film Festival has continued to present a distinctly diverse and imaginative lineup of the very best of local, national, and international independent cinema.

Rules
- Films completed after January 1, 2023 are eligible for consideration.
- Minnesota Premieres are required of all submissions.
- Submissions must not have been broadcast or televised regionally.
- Feature-length submissions must not be publicly available in their entirety online prior to their date of exhibition in the Festival.
- Short films may be available online. However, this will be taken into consideration for selection and films available online are not eligible for juried competition.
- Films that have been submitted for consideration in previous years are eligible for submission for 2018 Festival consideration only if they have undergone extensive changes and reapply as a new submission.

- Pay entry fees;
- Submissions must include an online screener (Vimeo preferred).
