• Films produced after January 1st, 2022
• Fill out the online entry form
• Film duration over 7 minutes and under 30 minutes 
• No You Tube and Vimeo screeners

Video requirements: 

• MOV, AVI, MP4, WMV, MPG/MPEG
• H.264, Xvid, DivX, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, WMV, DV
• HD (1280x720) or Full HD (1920x1080)
• Bitrate from 10Mbps to 15Mbps
