About
International Festival-Workshop of Film Schools "Kinoproba" is held annually in Yekaterinburg from 1 to 5 December. The format of the festival "Kinoproba" is unique: it is not just a festival-competition, festival celebration, but also a festival -workshop. The festival participants are representatives of various film schools around the world. The festival "Kinoproba" differs from other film festival that involves not only the competitive and informative programs, but also master classes for everyone who uses animation and video technology as art as practice aims: the creation of commercials, educational and scientific popular films. In addition, each year the festival program includes special projects devoted to the history of cinema, children's film and animation, filmexperiments and etc.

Rules
Fiction, documentary and animated films up tp 30 minutes in length are invited to participate. Film is to be produced in 2023 or 2024.
«Kinoproba» invites to participate:
To take part in the Festival one should fill the application form online and send the film on the Festival address. The Festival accept the vimeo.com links, youtube and other video hostings. You can also send DVD or Blu-ray by post.
Transportation costs and insurance charges must be paid by entrant. The Directors of the Festival will be responsible for storage and insurance costs during the time of the Festival, and will pay shipping costs for the return of materials after the Festival.
