About

The All—Russian Short Film Festival "Kinomehanika" is a large-scale cultural event that takes place in Ulyanovsk. The festival is dedicated to short films and gathers talented filmmakers from all over Russia. The Kinomehanika Festival aims to become not just a platform for showing films, but a real center of cinematic life, where each participant can find like-minded people, get a professional assessment of their work and inspiration for new creative achievements.

Vladimir Zolotar is a prize-winner of the Golden Mask National Theater Award, director (Chairman of the jury).

Alisa Panova is an actress at the ENFANT TERRIBLE Theater Studio.

Alexander Filippov is a director, head of the SANKINVYBOR film club.

Pavel Soldatov is the head of the Kvartal creative space and the head of the JARMUSCH Film Club.

Boris Kulomzin is a film director, special correspondent for the Central Volga Region, Chairman of the Ulyanovsk Youth Center for Cinematography and Television.

Vladimir Buchinsky is a director, head of the Ulyanovsk Region Cinematographers Association, author and head of the 73DOC Documentary Film Laboratory.
