The international festival «KinoKot.Winter II» will be held online from January 6 to January 12, 2025.

The international festival «KinoKot II» will be held in Voronezh from July 27 to August 24, 2024.

Film festivals are a screening-competition of films that have received an expert evaluation by members of the selection committee.

The task of the Film Festival is to search for and discover new names and talents in Russia and abroad, to present their works before the Jury, consisting of figures of the Russian and French theater and film industry.

The Directorate offers to take part in a contest between participants in the VKontakte group. The winners of the contest will receive a set of merchandise "KinoKot", the Directorate will send the gift anywhere in the world. Within the framework of the Summer Film Festival will be organized open screenings of films, lectures and master classes from industry professionals on various topics: screenwriting, directing, camerawork, actor training, post-production and others.
The full schedule of the Festival events will be published on the resources of the Directorate. We recommend subscribing to social networks to keep up to date information.
We also suggest participants to come to Voronezh to attend the events of interest and the Award Ceremony (around August 20).

Film Offline Festival: (Acceptance until 30.06.2024)
Each participant whose film is pre-selected and shortlisted will receive a participation diploma. Participants whose films have been nominated and announced as winners receive a film festival statuette.
To receive it, the filmmaker or a representative of the film crew must be present in Voronezh at the Closing Ceremony in August 2024.
All participants who come to the Festival receive gifts from the Directorate.

Online Festival: (acceptance until 30.11.2024)
Each participant whose film has been pre-selected and shortlisted will receive an electronic diploma of participation.
Participants whose films have been nominated and announced as winners receive an electronic diploma of the winner.


Short films produced from 2014 to 2024, not exceeding 30 minutes in length, are accepted for participation in the competition program of the Festival.

The Festival is open to:
- Russian and foreign professional and non-professional filmmakers;
- independent film studios;
- online movie theaters and platforms;
- youth and school film studios;
- students of colleges, technical schools and universities of creative and other fields.

Age categories of participants:
12-16 years old
17-24 years old
25 years and older

No rental certificate is required for participation in the film festival.

The film may not contain propaganda of non-traditional relationships, insulting the feelings of various social and religious groups, scenes of violence, use of narcotic and psychotropic substances.

If the movie contains foul language, it is obligatory to superimpose a sound effect on it.

If there are scenes of smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages in the movie, it is obligatory to overlay the credits at the beginning of the movie, for example: "The movie shows smoking scenes. Smoking is harmful to your health" or "The movie shows scenes of alcohol consumption. Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to your health"

The number of films submitted by one author is not limited. One work can be submitted per entry.
Each entry is paid separately.

1. Alyona Sycheva - film historian, program director of the international animation festivals "Animur" and "Multpraktika", curator of the animation program of MIFF, animation film producer. General Director of Paranoid Animation Studio, head of the animation studio "100 kilowatts".
2. Evgeny Raevsky - producer, director, VFX artist, musician, cameraman-director.
3. Loïc Porcher (France) - director, producer, scriptwriter, cameraman, participant of Cannes Film Festival, worked with Warner Brothers.
4. Roman Lyutikov - film and dubbing actor, dance teacher for children and adults, actor of the Voronezh Theater of Young Spectators.
5. Anastasia Klimushkina - film actress, teacher, actress of the A. Koltsov Voronezh Academic Drama Theater, director, dubbing actress, screenwriter.
6. Sergey Mubarakshin - program director of the holding company, which includes "Russkoe Radio", Dance FM, NRJ, "Borneo", technical director of the station of the Federal Radio School in Moscow. He is a news anchor for Komsomolskaya Pravda and a lecturer of TV and radio journalism at VGTU.
7. Nikolai Kovbas - actor, scriptwriter, director, teacher of the Moscow Film School, nominee of the final ceremony of TEFI-2000, winner of the festival of commercials "KIPARIS - 94".
