Excellent festival to make contacts within the field of British independent film. Alongside London, the most important film festival in Great Britain. Large number of categories and many different awards. Accompanying program Sharing Stories: interesting panel discussions and workshops on the theme of co-financing in the areas of film, TV, marketing and sponsorship, script and script readings. Most of the participants are experienced financiers from the big TV companies. A good platform for up-and-coming talents.

• Projects completed after 01-Aug-2024,
• No prior exploitation in Great Britain,
• UK premieres preferred.

Documents and Other Requisite Items

• Fill out entry form (via the site or Filmfreeway system);
• Send DVD with submitted film by mail;
• Pay registration fee.

Additional Information

The winner of the short film competition is automatically nominated for the European Film Awards.
