About
The North Caucasian Youth Festival "Kinokavkaz" is a non-commercial event. It is held in Nalchik for the second time and becomes annual. It is a competition of short fiction, documentary television films, animation and social videos.
The aim of the festival is to revive, preserve and enhance the traditions of national culture in the field of cinematography and cultural education of the Russian Federation. The film festival is held with the aim of developing cultural exchange and creative cooperation between filmmakers from the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District.

Best Social Video
The winners receive a laureate diploma and a statuette for the best work in the nomination.
All festival participants admitted to the screening receive participant diplomas.
Rules
Anyone between the ages of 16 and 35 can become participants;
Films created after 2019;
Short feature film - up to 40 minutes;
Animated film - up to 40 minutes;
TV documentary - up to 52 minutes;
Social video - up to 10 minutes;

Film language: Original.
Subtitle language: Russian.
