Festival of Independent Cinema.
The festival takes place at the end of June in Saint-Petersburg. Works are accepted immediately after the completion of the current festival and until April 30 of the next year
The format of the festival includs an independent experimental films of all genres and forms (fiction, documentary, animation). The aim of the festival is the exchange of experience, evaluation and criticism of the young and original thinking directors, actors, screenwriters. The festival allowed free full-length (over 60 minutes) and short films. Foreign films in the original language are mandatory to have Russian subtitles or dialog sheet in Russian.
Films are shown only at the festival, pictures and film clips (no more than 1 minute) can be placed in the materials of the festival: videos, brochures, site of the festival.
Applications for participation in the festival are accepted until 30 April 2018. All films are qualifying in the first stage and only after the approval of the administration of the festival information about the participants will appear on the site. Help for all urgent matters: email@example.com
The main prize of the festival - the prize "Golden Jean-Luc" which awarded to the winners in the categories of "full-length feature film," "Short Fiction Film", "documentaries", "animation", "kinoesse" (or "video art").
Prize "Jean-Luc" is awarded in separate categories for best editing, cinematography, acting, script or idea. In addition, the jury of the festival have the right to award the individual works with specific wording. Furthermore, one of the nominations with "Silver Jean-Luc" prize is a People's Choice Award, which determined by the results of the interview of audience.
