Emelya Fest

About

"Emelya Fest"- is an open independent creative competition aimed at finding and promoting talented filmmakers.

Our goals:

— to increase interest in new Russian cinema;

— to promote the production of high-quality films on topical issues;

— to create a platform for the exchange of experience between budding debutants and masters of the film industry.

The general media partner of the festival is the leading industry publication “Film Business Today”. The festival will be covered by the leading Russian media: news agencies, TV channels, radio stations, print media, Internet portals.

The jury will include leading directors, screenwriters, actors and producers - stars of Russian cinema.

Awards

The main prize of the festival in the nomination "Best Film" is a full cycle of producing a feature film with the winner director. Winners of other nominations receive statuettes from the Organizer.

Rules

Films are accepted for consideration by the Organizer from May 20, 2022 to June 24, 2022. By participating in the selection, the participant agrees to the rules of the Festival set forth in these Regulations.

• The organizer accepts feature films with a running time of up to 40 minutes, produced in 2021-2022.
• The video must be uploaded to Yandex Disk (disk.yandex.ru) or Google Drive (drive.google.com).

• The work is provided without logos.

• Video format: MOV, 1080p, 16:9, DXV or DXV3 codecs, Audio: AAC or MP3 codec at 48 kHz, 24 bits, bit rate not less than 128 kbps.

• Films submitted to the Festival must not contain propaganda of violence, national, racial and religious intolerance, insulting the moral feelings of a person, scenes promoting pornography, a cult of cruelty, information about the methods, methods of development, manufacture and use, places of purchase of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, information promoting any benefits of using certain narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors, as well as other information prohibited or restricted for distribution in accordance with applicable law. If there are such scenes, the Organizer has the right, at its discretion, to refuse the participant to participate in the Festival, or to exclude such scenes from the Film without the consent of the participant.
