About

Goals and objectives of the festival:

• Preservation of the best traditions of national culture and cinema through the continuity of generations.
• The popularization of Russian classical and modern literature and the Russian language by means of film and television;
• Attracting different generations of cinematographers: professionals, students of specialized universities and colleges, creative youth and television studios to preserve the domestic cultural heritage in the best traditions of Soviet and Russian cinema, to create films that reveal and promote universal human values.
• Attracting the attention of state, public and commercial organizations to support youth and family filmmaking, encourage young authors.
• Strengthening international creative ties. Participation in joint Russian and international cultural and educational, educational, patriotic, environmental, social film projects.
• Organization of film screenings of the best films of the film festival in the three "Literary Capitals" of Russia: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Orel.

Rules

Works of professional cinematographers and students are accepted to take part in the festival. 

There are three categories of participants: 

• Categorie "A": children up to 17 years 
• Categorie "B": students and creative youth from 18 to 30 years old 
• Categorie "C": professional cinematographers from 30 years old
