Fantastic Fest is the largest genre film festival in the U.S., specializing in horror, fantasy, sci-fi, action and just plain fantastic movies from all around theworld. Fantastic Fest is a supporting member of the Melies Fantastic Film Festival Federation, only the 2nd festival in the United States awarded that honor.

1st Place in each category.
Rules
- Features: minimum 70 minutes.
- Shorts: maximum 30 minutes.
- All films must be at least a Texas premiere and cannot be made available publicly online at any time before the fest.
- Films classified as horror, sci-fi, fantasy, or genre films (black comedy, crime, suspense, magic realism, Asian etc).
- Submit online via Filmfreeway systems.
Selection Media Type: online
Screening Media Type: 35mm composite print, Blu-ray, or DCP.
Subtitles language: English
Premiere Requirements
Regional premiere required.
