Filmfest Eberswalde is a small professional film festival close to Berlin/ Germany. There are 5 competitions: short feature film, animation film, documentary film, audience award short film, audience award documentary film.

Categories:

• Documentary (unlimited lenght) - International Competition for Provinziale documentaries;
• Short feature film (max. 30 minutes) - International Competition for short feature films;
• Animation (max. 20 minutes) - International Competition for animations,
• Heimatfenster, films about and from the region.

Awards

• International Documentary film competition PROVINZIALE — Jury award the „e“ for best Documentary film about the topic Province, national or international Production, 4.000 EUR
• International Short feature film competition — Jury award the for best Short feature film, national or international Production, 2.000 EUR
• Audience award the for best Documentary film about the topic Province, min. 45:00 min., national or international Production, 1.000 EUR
• Audience award the for best Documentary film about the topic Province, max. 44:59 min., national or international Production, 1.000 EUR
• Audience award the for best Short feature film, national or international Production, 1.000 EUR
• Audience award for best Animation film, national or international Production, 1.000 EUR 

Rules

• Documentary (unlimited lenght);
• Short feature film (max. 30 minutes), production; 
• Animation (max. 20 minutes), production;
• All submissions for categories 1-4 should be not older then two years (years of production 2022−2024). 

The online entry form or it´s downloadable paper version has to be filled out completely and signed and received by Filmfest Eberswalde, c/o SEHquenz e.V. together with the 2 viewing copies or as a video file.
