About

Cinema Planeta, International Environmental Film Festival of Mexico.

With the goal of raising awareness about environmental issues to a large audience, Cinema Planeta is part of a cultural circuit that includes schools, festivals, cultural organizations, institutions, and ONGs throughout the Mexican Republic and other countries, thanks to this some outstanding films will be selected for special screenings in other states of the republic during 2015 and beginning of 2016. The organization will inform directors and/or producers and distributors about these special projections ahead of time.

• Jury prize for best film — $5.000
• Youth jury award
• Audience Prize

Rules

• For the official selection feature documentary films production 2018−2020 concerning environmental topics will be considered.
• All films should not have been commercially exhibited in Mexico before. 
• Upload the film and send the private link (Vimeo, Youtube, etc.).
• Submit via Filmfreeway.
