Rules
- Short films must not be available for video or internet distribution prior to October 26, 2019.
- Film production must have been completed within the last two years.
- High School Shorts: documentary, narrative, animation (30 min or less). Students must be 18 years of age or under and currently enrolled in high school
- Subtitles language: English
- Submit electronically via online platphorms.
