About
"White Nights Film Festival" is a popular film festival founded in 2017 by the autonomous non-profit organization "Festival Plus". It has become a significant event not only for residents of the cultural capital, but also for all fans of high-quality cinema.
Every year "White Nights Film Festival" collects the best works from almost all over the world. During its existence, about 300 works from 25-30 countries of the world were submitted to the competition program. Participants always speak warmly about the festival.
"White Nights Film Festival" actively supports young directors and screenwriters, who are the future of both domestic and international cinema.
Festival Plus would like to thank everyone who participated and will continue to participate in our event.

Awards
All participants who have passed the selection and entered the competition program are awarded with a diploma and laurels of the festival participants.
Winners in the categories also receive diplomas and laurels of the winners of the festival.

Application rules for the White Nights Festival
The autonomous non-profit organization "Festival Plus" invites you to take part in our popular film festival "White Nights", founded in 2017. The festival has become a significant event not only for residents of the cultural capital, but also for all fans of high-quality cinema.
Application requirements:
Movie production date: The film must have been created no earlier than 2 years ago at the time of the festival. For films produced more than 2 years ago, you must have a rental certificate of the Russian Federation.
** Movie Status:**The film does not have to be a premiere.
** Duration:** The duration of the movie must not exceed 120 minutes. Exceptions are possible in agreement with the organizer.
** Genres and directions: ** "Festival Plus" has no restrictions on genres and directions of films.
** Legislation and ethics:**All films selected for the festival must comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the moral and ethical standards of humanity.Not allowed to participate:- Films that call for violence, political provocations, and riots.
Materials related to banned sects, movements, and organizations.
Obscene language, drug propaganda, and other materials that contradict the law and moral and ethical standards.** Selection process:**1.**Submitting an application:**Fill out the form below and submit your application.
** Initial selection:** The selection committee of the festival conducts an initial selection, after which all materials are reviewed.
