Rules
- TV films and programms produced after 1 January, 2022.
- TV films and programmes made in language other than Russian should have a Russian subtitles or Russian voiceover
- Submission are to be sent to: festival2019.festival@yandex.ru. The choosen nomination are to be included.
- The submission should include a certified permission for non-commercial screening on the "Vladivostok" TV channel
- Online screeners are preferable for submission
