One of the oldest European film festivals, Martovski Festival features short documentaries, fiction, animation and experimental films in national (Serbian) competition and short fiction films in international competition.

Rules

• National and foreign documentary, short feature and feature and animated films, shot between the two festivals, as well as films no more than two years old, are screened at the Festival.
• Fill out the online entry form at the Martovski website and provide a screener link (YouTube/Vimeo).
