About

Auburn International Film Festival for Children and Young Adults was established in 1998 as a community cultural development initiative. Since then, the festival and its philosophy have been acknowledged internationally by children, youth and adults who are interested in moving images as a medium for expressing social, cultural, political, racial and economical concerns about the environments in which they live.

• Best Short Film by Young Adults 15 – 22 Years Old,
• Best Short Film by Adults About/ For Children,
• Best Short Film by Adults About/For Youth,
• Best Feature Film by Adults About/For Children (AUDIENCE CHOICE AWARD),
• Best Feature Film by Adults About/For Youth (AUDIENCE CHOICE AWARD).

Rules

• All works must register on-line
• All international WORKS must be AUSTRALIAN PREMIERES
• All genres and durations are acceptable

Documents and Other Requisite Items

• Fill out the entry form.
• The festival accepts ONLY YouTube, Vimeo and/or URL link to the film’s full version as PREVIEW FORMAT (Screener).  Countries with no access to fast Internet connections are exempt.  The screener (DVD PAL) must reach the festival.
