The autonomous non-profit organization in the field of arts development "Festival Plus" presents the annual film festival in Moscow: The Festival of Russian short Films "AQUARIUS"
The main goal: To create a prestigious festival-competition to support young directors, students and graduates of specialized universities and children's film schools in Russia in order to stimulate directors to create new interesting, high-quality content. 
Features: The organizer of the "Festival Plus" will individually offer more interesting contestants to conclude a contract and place the film on online platforms with subsequent promotion and monetization.

Rules

To participate in the Russian short Film festival "AQUARIUS"

Conditions:

All films, videos, clips, scripts of Russian directors take part in the festival. When submitting an application, you agree to all the requirements and conditions of the organizer. The work does not have to be a premiere. The production date of the content must not be older than 2 years at the time of the festival. The duration of the film is no more than 40 minutes. Links to the movie for download, to the poster, trailer, must be available before the dates of the festival. The entrance and registration fee is 4000 rubles. It is non-refundable and does not give a 100% guarantee of participation in the competition program of the festival. The jury considers only the content of the authors who paid the fee. The organizer guarantees that it does not transfer copies of the full version of the film to third parties without the consent of the copyright holder and signing of the contract, showing the film only at the festival. The rest of the materials sent (trailer, poster, etc.) may be used everywhere for advertising and for information. All content submitted to the festival must not violate the laws of the Russian Federation and moral and ethical norms. All responsibility lies with the person who submitted the application.
