About
Documentary films and films from the fringes of this genre, pertaining to broadly conceived human rights issues, may be submitted to the Festival. There are no limitations to country of production.
The Festival selects films for one international competition and a number of thematic non-competitive sections, retrospectives and special screenings. Films are selected by Festival’s selection committee. When selecting films, the committee concentrates equally on both artistic quality and human rights content.

Rules
Festival organisers shall bear the costs of shipment of screening materials from abroad. Festival’s
official currier is used (the currier will be indicated with the film’s invitation to Festival screenings).
The festival organizers invite one person of each selected film to participate in the festival, covering his or her travel expenses, accommodation (2 nights in Vilnius during the festival) and subsistence.
