Biography
In 2006 graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Film and Television, the faculty of screen arts. After that worked at the Lenfilm film studio as the first assistent derector. In 2011-2017 studied and worked with Aleksey German Jr.

Directors Statement
This film is important to me, not only because of my personal attitude to the topic, but also because it is my debut. That's why, it is so important that there are people around who will share your views and go whith you to the end. I want to thank Aleksey German Jr. for his script. Elshan and Orkhan Gamzaev for financial support. Great actors and the whole crew. Unfortunately, Vladimir Petrovich Markov, who played the main role, like his charcter, was very upset about leaving the institute. He lived for his students. “If they fire me, I will die,” he said. On the sixth of February this year he passed away. I think he would be glad that now the audience has the opportunity to see our film on the public domain.
