Cryptshow Festival

About

Once you have uploaded the film and completed the form you will be registered in the Cryptshow Festival and can apply for the “Circular Saw” prize of 666 euros. Remember to tick the category “Producción Catalana”: if your short film is produced in Catalunya you can register for the Premio TAC awarded by the Federació d'Entitats Cinèfiles Terror Arreu de Catalunya for the best short Catalan horror film of the year.

The short films selected will also automatically be selected for the Madrid Mad Cryptshow Festival 2016 where they will be entered for the Public Prize and participate in Cryptshow Online 2016.

Awards

• “Circular Saw” prize of €666;
• Official Section Audience Award: a fabulous festival trophy, a mechanical saw made by the Catalan ceramist Marta Martínez i Hortet.

Rules

Films must have been made after January 2022 and pertain to genre of fantasy.

Documents and Other Requisite Items

• If you want to register your short our festival you can do it through this link: Filmfreeway
• A photograph of the short film must be enclosed with the DVD for festival advertising purposes. We would also appreciate a press release.
