International film festival specialized on the promotion and diffusion of cinema and
audiovisual works with a committed, social, educational and alternative content
different from commercial cinema.

• Retina arc + 600€: to the best audio-visual about architecture, supported by fundación cultural del colegio oficial de arquitectos de león (funcoal)
• Retina pro-equality + 600€: to the best audio-visual work about gender perspective, supported by consejo municipal de las mujeres de ponferrada y los servicios sociales del ayuntamiento de ponferrada
• Retina pro-integration ‘cocemfe león’ + 600€: to the best audio-visual work about disabilities, supported by federación provincial de personas con discapacidad física u orgánica de león
• Retina the critical look + 600€: to the best audio-visual work committed to social reality
• Retina for the childhood + 600€ : to the best audio-visual about children’s rights, supported by consejo municipal de infancia y adolescencia de ponferrada y los servicios sociales del ayuntamiento de ponferrada
• Retina young people: to the best audio-visual made by young people, supported by consejo local de la juventud de ponferrada
• Special mention young people: to the best audio-visual made by young people in the region of león, awarded by the selection committee.

Rules

• Any filming format is acceptable for submission; the films should have been produced after January the 1st 2022
• Films may not have been registered or shown in previous editions of the festival
• Films may only enter under one category
• Short films must not be longer than 30 minutes

Documents and materials:

• Films may only be digitally uploaded online. Through either Festhome or Click for Festivals
• Required materials: 
  • Poster
  • Two frames
  • Copy of the ID and a photograph of the director

has the Ponferrada council as its principal sponsor.
