Lisart Film Festival

LISART is short film festival for children and young people.



This is the All-Russian Film Festival of short films made by children and young People.


This is an All-Russian project that aims to support and morally develop talented young people.


it gathers children and teenagers, as well as adults from all over Russia, who are close to the ideas of morality, spirituality, faith, knowledge of oneself, one's soul, and nature through the art of cinema.


This is a space that brings together people from different regions, different cultures and different faiths to create together a movie that will change our world for the better, make it brighter and kinder!


Based on the results of the jury meeting, the winners are determined in the following categories and categories:

- Grand Prix of the festival

The winner of the Grand Prix receives a ticket-an invitation to the All-Russian Festival of Visual Arts in the All-Russian Children's Center "Orlyonok "(June 23 – July 13) and a place in the jury of the festival (the organizers fully pay for the ticket to"Orlyonok". Transfer is not included in the price of the tour).

The winner in the category "The kindest Film" will be awarded a miniature of the golden statuette of the National Award "For the Benefit of Peace" and gifts from the partner.

The winners in other categories will be awarded with festival prizes, diplomas and solemn laurels (delivered by mail).

Applications for the film festival "LISARTFEST" are accepted by sending a completed form.

The film festival is open to feature films, the main creative group of which (director, cameraman, screenwriter) are children and young people under 18 years of age

- aimed at children and young people (no restrictions for viewing children over 6 years old);

- duration of up to 30 minutes (inclusive);

- created no earlier than January 2019;

- in Russian or with Russian subtitles.

The festival includes various programs for participation:

The program" Up to 13 years " can be attended by film authors under the age of 13, who are engaged in film/TV studios, film schools, creative associations, or shoot their own work on their own with a camera, camera or phone.

The program" From 14 to 18 years " can be attended by film authors aged from 14 to 18 years, who are engaged in film/TV studios, film schools, creative associations, or shoot their own work on their own with a camera, camera or phone.

The identity of one of the programs shall be calculated on the age of the Director's work, at the time of submission. The organizers of the festival, if necessary, have the right to request the author to confirm his age, in the form of a scanned copy of his passport or birth certificate.

Those who wish to submit a film for participation in the festival must submit an application for participation within the deadline set by the Organizing Committee.
The SELECTION Committee accepts films for participation in the festival.
Any number of works can be submitted from one author to participate in the festival program.

Applications are accepted from February 20, 2021.
The deadline for accepting applications is May 16, 2021.
The finalists will be announced on May 23, 2021.
The final part of the festival and the announcement of the winners will be held on June 1, 2021 in the concert hall "Music Hall", at the address: Krasnodar, Selezneva str., 191/2
Films that have been shown at other film festivals can take part in the competition.

The festival Management reserves the right to use fragments of the film for advertising purposes of the festival.

The selection committee of the festival gives priority to films that raise issues of friendship, loyalty, honor, love, compassion, mercy, respect, hard work, responsibility, patience, sincerity and other moral values.

Technical requirements for the work:

- The minimum resolution for movies shot at the amateur level is 1280x720 pixels. Video format: mov/mp4/mpeg/avi/H264 and others.
- The file name must match the title of the work.
- Works voiced in a foreign language must have Russian subtitles.
- The work must have titles that indicate the names of the participants, the name of the studio, and the city.

In the movies must be absent:

- scenes and stories that offend the feelings of believers (of different faiths and religions);
- stories and footage that advertise or promote drugs, alcohol, smoking, and other vices.
- scenes of cruelty and violence
— profanity and obscene language

To participate in the qualifying stage, you must send a link to download the film.
The duration of the work is up to 30 minutes.
To participate in the festival, you need to provide materials for publications:

- annotation for the film;
- photo of the director;
- 2 frames from the competition film.

The organizers of the festival are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies contained in the submitted application.

Founder and artistic director of the film studio "LISART". Winner of many All-Russian and International film festivals (Krasnodar).

Alexander Galibin-Soviet and Russian theater, film and voice actor, theater and film director, TV presenter. People's Artist of the Russian Federation, Honored Artist of the RSFSR, Member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
He became widely known and loved by the audience, for his theatrical works, roles in films (The Tavern on Pyatnitskaya, the Battalions ask for fire, The Life of Klim Samgin, The Master and Margarita, and many others), as well as as a film director (Goldfish, Little Sister).

Pavel Barshak is a popular Russian theater and film actor (Moscow).
The fame of the actor Pavel Barshak came after the release of the melodrama "Walk", in which he played one of the central images. After that, his filmography is steadily growing, making Pavel one of the most popular actors in Russian cinema. "Peter FM", "Soldiers", "Dostoevsky", "The Game", "Kamenskaya", "The Three Musketeers", Magomaev", "Union of Salvation", is not a complete list of his film works. Pavel also collaborates with the film studio "LISART", starring in one of the main roles in the film "Like.Subscription".

Alexander Kott is a Russian film director, screenwriter, head of the VGIK Directing Workshop, member of the Union of Cinematographers, member of the VGIK Academic Council, Oscar nominee, Winner of the Kinotavr Festival and many other All-Russian and International film festivals. (Moscow)

Ruslan Martynov is a teacher of the highest category at the VGIK named after S. A. Gerasimov. Screenwriter, literary editor. Winner of the Radonezh Festival Award in the category "Script of a historical film" (Moscow)

Maria Lobanova is a popular Russian film actress (Moscow).
Maria began acting in 2016. At the age of 15, he has a large filmography. "Dilettante", "Hold my Hand", "Coach", "Success" and other famous paintings. Also, in 2018, Maria took part in the creation of the film "Lera", produced by the film studio "LISART", becoming a voice actor.

Irina Synkova-Director of the State Autonomous Institution "Kubankino" (Krasnodar).

Vladimir Parshenkov-Theater and film actor (Novorossiysk).
For more than 20 years he was an actor of the Novorossiysk Drama Theater. He takes part in theatrical productions directed by A.M. Slyusarenko.
From 2008 to the present, he is a film actor. He starred in a large number of feature films and TV series, including playing roles in three films of the LISART film studio — "Mole", "Gypsies" and " Who is the Extreme?".
