According to the results of the jury meeting, the winners in the following categories and nominations are determined:

The winner of the Grand Prix receives a ticket-an invitation to the ten-day film camp "LISART" on the Black Sea coast (June 11 - June 20) and a place in the crew of the new film studio "LISART" (the organizers fully pay for the ticket to the film camp. Transfer to Krasnodar and back is not included in the ticket price).
The winner in the nomination "The kindest film" will be awarded a miniature of the golden statuette of the National Award "For the Benefit of Peace" and gifts from a partner.
Winners in other categories will be awarded statuettes of the festival, diplomas and solemn laurels. Prizes and gifts are delivered by mail to the name specified in the application. Postal services are paid by the recipient.
Rules
The All-Russian Children's Film Festival "LISART" is held by the Autonomous non-profit Organization "Krasnodar Film Studio "LISART", in partnership with the Moscow Center for Visual Arts, the All-Russian National Award "For the Benefit of Peace" and the State Autonomous Institution "Kubankino".
Festival program:
— competitive program of short films;
— educational program;
— creative laboratory;
— master classes and technical presentations;
— round tables devoted to topical issues of cinema;
— discussions on the results of the screenings with the participation of invited experienced cinematographers;
— premiere or special screenings.
The Directorate of the All-Russian Children's Film Festival "LISART" is considering Russian films produced in 2021-2023 for participation. The competition program includes feature films that are fully completed before March 1, 2023.
The maximum allowed timekeeping of paintings for the competition is 30 minutes.
Russian Russian films created in full or partial co-production with foreign film schools (studios) are allowed to participate in the competition only in Russian or with Russian subtitles.
Films are registered by the directorate from February 20, 2023 to May 1, 2023 according to the completed application on the festival website. In the application for participation, the author must fill out all the required forms, including his contacts, as well as indicate the copyright holder of the film, the name of the film school or studio where the work was created. One author can submit an unlimited number of works for consideration. If all the points are met, the film is considered a participant in the selection of the All-Russian Children's Film Festival "LISART".
The festival Management reserves the right to use fragments of the film for festival publications in the press and mass media, as well as on the festival's website and social networks. Films submitted for participation can be shown as part of other LISART events and sessions.

Jury and Organizers
The jury consists of famous cultural figures:
Oleg Androsov (Krasnodar) — Director, screenwriter, actor, producer. Founder and artistic director of the LISART film studio. Winner of many National and International film festivals.
Alexander Kott (Moscow) is a Russian film director, screenwriter, head of the VGIK directing workshop, member of the Union of Cinematographers, member of the VGIK Academic Council, Oscar nominee, Winner of the Kinotavr Festival and many other All-Russian and International film festivals. He is known to the audience for his paintings, such as "Brest Fortress", "Spitak", "Scarecrow" and many others.
Pavel Barshak (Moscow) is a popular Russian theater and film actor ("Walk", "Peter FM", "Soldiers", "Dostoevsky", "Game", "Kamenskaya", "Three Musketeers", Magomayev", "Union of Salvation", etc.).
Olga Prokofieva (Moscow) is a Soviet and Russian theater and film actress, TV presenter. Honored Artist of the Russian Federation. She gained wide fame and audience love for her theatrical works and film roles ("My Beautiful Nanny", "Waiting for a Miracle", "Children of the Arbat", "I'm going out to look for you" and many others).
Olga Dunaeva (Moscow) — Actress, director, General Producer of the national award "For the Benefit of Peace".
Irina Synkova (Krasnodar) — Director of the State Autonomous Institution "Kubankino".
Vladimir Parshenkov (Novorossiysk) — Theater and film actor ("Gypsy happiness", "Bloodhound", "Cossacks", "Mermaids", "Superbrowy", "Vacation", etc.)
